Raquel Lyles, NMT, LMT, CEIM
Owner

Raquel received her massage therapy certificate in 1999 from Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health. Her years of experience have been enriched by practicing in medical spas, with an orthopedic surgeon, Chiropractors, and by partnering with various holistic health care providers.  Raquel is in private practice and contracts with a Chiropractor specializing in neuromuscular, deep tissue massage & trigger point therapy, sports rehab, lymphatic drainage, myofacial release, maternity, cranial sacral and reflexology.  Raquel works intuitively, with sense of spirit in connection to the individual, providing a deep healing massage with lasting results.

Raquel is dedicated to excellence in professionalism by continuing her education in health and healing.  Her continuing education classes as well as her certification in nutritional coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and infant massage instruction  has provided a broad base tool necessary for individual and community healing and wellness.  In addition to traditional schooling, continued classes in the healing arts are taken to enhance the quality of the bodywork session, for example:  Deep Conscious Breathing, Nutrition, Thai Yoga Massage, Sports Massage and Instruction in clinical manual therapy.  Raquel is very interested in the mind/body connection and has a deep understanding of physical dis-ease’s as they manifest from our emotions.  Respect and consideration of this phenomena is given to the individual through their unique healing experience.

Living a joyful and balanced life is a key to providing a great service to others.  Raquel lives this philosophy daily through meditations, yoga and participating in the Community Support Agriculture.  This commitment to her individual spirit as well as love for her work and her clients, are the medium for the quality bodywork she provides in her massage practice.  Breathe, Love, Laugh!
